Hi, we're Claudia and Lorenza.

We met at work, almost by chance—two strangers who quickly sensed something familiar in each other. What started as a professional connection slowly became a friendship, shaped by shared values, long conversations, laughter, and a deep belief in each other's potential.

Over time, our bond grew stronger. Not because everything was easy, but because we learned how powerful it is to have someone beside you—someone who listens, supports you through uncertainty, and reminds you of who you are when you momentarily forget.

We experienced firsthand what happens when women truly support other women.

Through career changes, personal challenges, moments of doubt and growth, we became each other's safe place. Cheerleaders, advocates, honest mirrors. Not to fix one another—but to stand close, without judgment.

That experience stayed with us.

As time went on, we realized that what we had between us shouldn't be rare. Too often, women move through life feeling isolated, pressured to perform, or expected to have everything figured out. We wanted to create something different—a space where stories are shared honestly, where complexity is welcome, and where no one has to show up as "perfect."

That's how Yous was born.

Yous is a community built around real stories—spoken openly or shared anonymously—where women can feel supported, understood, and connected. A place where your experiences matter, not because they fit a narrative, but because they're yours.

This is more than a project for us.
It's our way of extending what we found in each other to something bigger: a space shaped by care, respect, and mutual presence. One story at a time.
